Quarry and waste sites are complex and can often create disputes in their operation in a variety of areas. Our Chartered Mineral Surveyors are experienced and qualified in Expert Witness, Mediation, Arbitration and Court Proceedings from Upper Tribunal (Lands Chamber) through to Chancery and Family Divisions of the High Court and Court of Appeal. We have a number of RICS Registered Expert Witnesses  within our team who fully understand Courts Procedure Rules. Our specialisms lie in Valuation, Planning and Compensation matters.
