The Building Survey Team at Matthews & Son LLP are delighted to secure the following new instructions.

We’ve recently been instructed via TLC Estate Agents and Property Consultants to advise on behalf of the freehold co. at 27 Coleherne Road in relation to proposed tenant refurbishment work. The work involves minor internal reconfiguration, and new fixtures fittings and finishes, and includes some structural work.

St Saviours Church, Hampstead

We’ve recently been instructed to undertake a review of the last Quinquennial survey, provide a summary update report, and following on from this, prepare a specification of work for priority external maintenance items.  We will also oversee the tendering process to approved conservation contractors. The construction of the church was originally completed in 1856 under the supervision of architect Edward M Barry (son of Sir Charles Barry) and is Grade II listed.

We look forward to working closely with both TLC and the Parish of St Saviours on these projects.
