Alan is highly regarded in the sector with 35 years experience in advising a range of clients from landowners through to corporate bodies and operating companies on minerals and waste management property matters. With a wealth of experience in private practice as well as with the Valuation Office,
Alan specialises in valuation and Expert Witness, but also on more general minerals and waste property matters such as Landlord and Tenant, Rent and Royalty Reviews, Mining Code and Compulsory Purchase.
