Project Management

Refurbishment Contract Administration – full design and management role, recognising the key parameters of cost, time and quality for various project types on existing buildings. Internal alterations, fitting out, repair and redecoration exercises and the like. Our activities will include:

  • Conceptual design
  • Detailed design drawings and specification
  • Tendering and reporting thereon
  • Contract documentation
  • Statutory approvals
  • Monitoring works implementation to completion
  • Health and safety (CDM Principal Designer services)

Project management – acting as client’s representative on complex construction projects, where design work is undertaken by other consultants or where a design and build contractor is employed.

Project monitoring – acting as a representative for a party who has an interest in a construction project, such as a fund or a future purchaser or tenant
